With the summer weather turning hot, the leaves on the trees begin to turn green, the flowers begin to bloom, and the warm weather is on its way! There is no better time to try something new in your kitchen and make a delicious meal out of fresh tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers, and mushrooms.

It’s true. We have been known to go to the store for produce, but in my kitchen, I like to make a ton of meals with fresh ingredients. It’s a great way to eat veggies without having to go to the store to get the fresh stuff. I have yet to try a recipe that I know is going to be bad for me, but I have made lots of great meals from fresh, local ingredients.

I think that the first time I made a meal from fresh, local ingredients, I was shocked. I had some pasta cooked in a pan to add to the meal, and I was pretty sure it was going to be bad for my health. I had some mushrooms that I was going to add to the dish, and I was pretty sure that was going to make me gain a lot of weight.

With so many things that I’ve been doing that I thought was bad for my health, I’ve just been so busy that I haven’t really thought to make a meal for myself. I think that I’ll be making a lot more of those soon because it is getting a lot harder to find fresh, local things to eat.

One thing that I can tell you for sure is that I have been eating a lot more healthfully of late. I have been running, walking, and eating more healthfully since October of last year. I have been doing this by eating a lot better, exercising more, and getting my sleep better.

So, where to start? Well, let’s start by saying that I’m not a health nut. I like healthy foods, but I also like to eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, and grains. So, I am on a health journey. You can probably tell that from my post from last week. I have also been eating a lot better lately. I think that this has been because I started exercising more, walking more, and not eating so many processed foods.

I’m not a nut, but in the past I have been very overweight so I’m not going to lie. I like to think that I am on a path to health. I would recommend starting by eating more fruits and veggies but also eating a lot more whole grains and other healthy foods.

If you have to ask, you probably shouldn’t be. Madison Rice has been a nutrition expert for years and is one of the most well-known and respected figures in the weight-loss world. She lost a staggering 30 pounds in 4 months using the Power Plate® (a weight-loss system that she developed) and was featured on Good Morning America and on the Today Show.

I’m not sure what Madison Rice is but her weight loss story is really cool. It’s the sort of thing you see on the Today Show, in which the host talks with a celebrity who lost significant weight in a short period of time or on the Today Show. So it’s not like she just lost 30lbs in 4 months, but she just went off her diet and lost it all in one night.
