I’m excited to announce that I have signed a licensing deal with L.U.R.I.E.S. (Luna U.S.A.: The Art of the Unconscious). This is an ongoing, one-day, one-month series where I’ll share my work and thoughts in my personal space.
Luna U.S.A. has been a part of my life for a long time. I got to know the Luna family in the early 2000’s when I had my first tattoo. It was my girlfriend’s tattoo of a rabbit skull that I got in 1998. I have been in love with Luna’s work ever since. I originally got a series of drawings done in the mid-1980’s, and over the years I have always had a lot of fun doing them. Luna U.
This is a series I have been doing for over 10 years now. I have been working with Lunas work since I was 16 years old. I love it. So many people have commented on my work. It has been a fun ride over the years, and I have always enjoyed sharing my work with others.
The series began in 1998 with the first work I did being an old school black and white drawing of a rabbit’s skull, a bit of a nod to Luna U. It was a bit of a rush to get the series off the ground. I was drawn to how Luna’s work had an air of mystery, a “I don’t know what it is, but it’s cool,” vibe. It felt like I was making art with my own words.
That’s the thing with black and white, and that’s the thing about Lunas. I love that they are mysterious. They are an air of mystery, that they are out of the ordinary. They are the ones with the most unspoken questions and mysteries.
I think it is one of the most interesting things to show up in a series, especially when the series is so visually-unique and the creators are so vocal about the series’ atmosphere. The series has a lot of other things going on in it, like how the characters are supposed to be able to transform into a variety of different animals or how the characters are supposed to be able to manipulate objects and then turn them into weapons.
That’s true, and to make it even more interesting Luis is one of those characters. In Deathloop, Luis is a character who seems to be stuck in a time loop. He’s been on Deathloop for eight months, and has found that this time-looping is as real as it is entertaining.
I was curious if Luis was only stuck on Deathloop because of the time loop, or if he was in a time loop before. The latter would mean that the time-looping in Deathloop was not just fun, but also real.
That’s possible. Like others have said, Luis is a character who seems stuck in a time loop. It might also be possible that the time-looping that he’s in is real, but he’s just experiencing it for the first time. In that case, the fact that he can now take out several Visionaries with one shot would suggest that he has some knowledge of how time-looping works.
There are a few possible interpretations to the fact that Luis is able to take out eight Visionaries with a single shot. One possibility is that he’s able to do it because he’s the head of security for eight Visionaries. That makes sense because he’s the smartest guy on the island, so he knows what you’re going to do and he’s able to do it without any hesitation.
